The starting point
A breeder of working-line German Shepherds with real credentials and no digital presence to match. Buyers searching the category found competitors. The business existed in the real world and barely existed to the machines that route demand.
What I did
Organic positioning and GEO as one system: technical foundation, category-focused content, image optimization, and the entity work that makes a niche business legible to Google, Bing, Yahoo and the AI assistants at the same time. Result 1: the category, owned
The kennel ranks first on Google for its core category and dominates image search, which matters twice in this niche: buyers shop with their eyes, and image results feed the AI answers too. In the owner's words, organic search now outperforms years of paid advertising.
Result 2: AI assistants already send buyers
The site receives referral traffic from chatgpt.com, and the native GA4 AI Assistant channel is populated for this property, the same pattern documented across my client base on the proof page.
