Privacy, in plain language

This site belongs to Youssef Pizolotto Umar, operating through MYIA Ventures LTD, registered in the United Kingdom, Company No. 17063729. I am the data controller. Questions about anything on this page: contact@yossaumar.com.

What I collect, and why

Analytics. I use Google Analytics 4 with one purpose: seeing which pages help people and which do not. In the EU and UK, GA4 only runs after you allow it in the consent bar. Decline and the site works exactly the same.

Forms. When you request a visibility check or unlock scan results, I receive what you typed: your business, category and email. I use it for one thing, replying to you with the result you asked for. It goes nowhere else.

The free scanner. The AI visibility scan fetches public pages of the website address you submit, the same way a search crawler would. If you unlock the full result, I receive the scanned domain, the score and your email so I can send the fix plan.

What never happens

Your data is never sold, rented or shared with advertisers. There is no ad tracking on this site. No marketing lists you did not ask for. If you email me about a project, the conversation stays between us.

Cookies

One category: analytics (GA4). Your consent choice is stored in your own browser, not on my servers. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser and the consent bar returns.

Who processes data on my behalf

Hosting and form handling: Netlify. Analytics: Google Analytics 4. Email: standard email infrastructure for contact@yossaumar.com. Each processes data only to provide their service.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you can ask what I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. One email to contact@yossaumar.com does it. No forms, no waiting periods beyond what the law allows.

Retention

Form submissions and emails are kept while our conversation is live or a project is active, then deleted when no longer needed. Analytics data follows GA4 default retention.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. No silent edits.
