This tool looks at the concrete, verifiable signals that decide whether an AI search engine can work with your site at all. Every check is a real yes or no, fetched live from your site, not a guess:
- llms.txt: an optional summary of your business for AI tools. No major AI platform has documented reading it yet (September 2026), so it counts for little. What is llms.txt.
- Structured data: schema that makes you a clear entity, not a pile of keywords. What is entity SEO.
- AI crawler access: whether your robots.txt lets the AI search crawlers (OAI-SearchBot, Claude-SearchBot, PerplexityBot), Googlebot and Bingbot read you.
- Core signals: title, meta description, canonical, Open Graph, and a single clear H1. FAQ markup still counts a little: Google stopped showing FAQ rich results in May 2026.
Why a clean score is the start, not the finish
Here is the honest part most tools hide. A perfect technical score means AI can read and understand you. It does not prove AI does recommend you. That depends on trust signals built off your own site, consistent mentions, third-party authority, how your competitors are positioned, things no instant scan can measure without faking it. So this tool tells you the truth it can verify, and for the rest, I look manually at what AI actually says about your business. That is the difference between a number and an answer.
