Agrotec Hub Rural: the lead engine AI search already found

A regional rural real estate agency in Brazil, now capturing international buyers in English, converting organic visitors at nearly twice the rate of direct traffic, and already receiving AI assistant referrals that convert.

The starting point

Agrotec sells farms and rural properties. Before this work there was no structured digital presence answering what buyers actually search: available farms, regions, prices, commodity context, georeferencing. The buyers existed. The pages answering them did not.

What I built

The Hub Rural: 30+ interlinked pages covering properties, regions and commodity data, each with structured data and its own lead flow. One entity, one coherent body of work, built to be legible to Google, Bing, Yahoo and the AI assistants at the same time. The same method I document in the Learn hub.

Result 1: international buyers, in English

The queries bringing clicks are not local Portuguese searches. They are English-language buyer queries: "agrotech real estate" converts 31 impressions into 9 clicks, a 29% CTR, roughly ten times a typical position-9 CTR. Buyers also arrive searching "farms in Chapecó" and "Farm for sale in Tocantins". A regional agency is being found by the international demand it could never reach before.

Result 2: organic became the best-converting channel

On the hub property, organic search is now the largest channel at 51.5% of sessions with a 79% engagement rate. On the main site, the pattern that matters to the owner: organic search sessions convert to leads at 14.6%, against 8% for direct traffic. In 28 days the site produced 1,154 events and 25 main events, the form submissions and contact actions that become deals.

Result 3: the AI Assistant channel is live, and it converts

Google Analytics now reports AI assistant referrals as a native channel. Most businesses have an empty row there. Agrotec does not: AI Assistant sessions show 100% engagement, 1 minute 26 seconds average time, and 3 main events. The volume is small and I will not pretend otherwise. The quality is the point: a visitor who arrives because an AI assistant recommended the business arrives pre-sold. That channel only exists for companies whose presence AI can read and trust, which is exactly the work.

Why this matters beyond Agrotec: the same AI Assistant channel is populated, with 50 to 100% engagement rates, across three different client properties I manage. It is a repeatable pattern, not a lucky row. The pattern is documented on the proof page.
